Bio

I've never been much of a cook, and my family has always been very practical and basic with our meals. After seeing a bit of the world and tasting a few delicious ethnic cuisines, I found a flair for food and cooking that I never realised I had. From Asian stir fry's to gooey sponge cakes, I've attempted, failed and reattempted it all. I am now spending the year eating my way around Europe, so I hope I can find and share some hidden treasures with you all. Oh, and I'm a chocoholic, I love a good risotto, and I believe you can improve any meal by adding pineapple.
