Freshly baked crunchy Waffles, Decadent Chocolate Fondant, Crispy Apple Strudel & Italian-style Affogato

After enduring the hustle and bustle on an icy cold winter’s day, there is no better way to thaw out than with a delicious sweet treat. Premium Swiss ice cream brand Mövenpick has introduced its winter menu including; freshly baked crunchy Waffles, decadent Chocolate Fondant, Apple Strudel and aromatic Affogato.

Mövenpick’s infamous Waffles (RRP $16.95) feature a distinct crunch upon the first bite, followed by fluffy light pastry that just melts in the mouth. The waffles can be topped with lashings of melted Swiss chocolate and balanced with the acidity of fresh seasonal fruits. Now also available as “Choose your own” from standard, nut, berry or chocolate waffles.

An all-time winter favourite is Mövenpick’s Apple Strudel (RRP $14.95). Layers of crumbly pastry are filled with stewed spiced apples that warm from top to toe. Served with scoop of Mövenpick ice cream to refresh the palette.

The decadent Chocolate Fondant (RRP$14.95) is a deliciously rich treat with oozing chocolate molten, lightly dusted with icing sugar and garnished with fresh seasonal fruits.

The smell of an aromatic coffee is almost hypnotising on a cold winter’s night. Mövenpick’s Italianstyle Affogato (RRP $8.95) is a scoop of Mövenpick ice cream drowned in rich espresso. The winter menu has been has been crafted by Mövenpick’s Maîtres Glaciers who like chefs use only extraordinary ingredients and flavours for their creations.

Available nationwide from 20 June, the winter menu can be purchased across the network of 23 Mövenpick boutiques. Menu items subject to availability in Mövenpick Galleries, Parlours and Kiosks.
