Growing up with an abundance of fresh local produce in Tasmania, it was only a matter of time before I developed a passion for food. Working at a local Deli, I was able to develop my tastebuds with Tassie’s best cheese and seafood along with award winning beer, wine and cider. Since moving to Melbourne in 2010, I have broadened my horizons through the extensive restaurant scene, absorbing as much information as possible and have then been able to combine my two passions of writing and food, with The Australia Times.
